Robyn Wilson, Founder Coolnomics®

Robyn Wilson
Bio

Robyn Wilson is the founder and head thinker at Coolnomics®.

She is a business strategist and cultural economist whose work sits at the intersection of resonance, commercial growth and long-term economic value.

Coolnomics® began as an economic theory.
It became a methodology through live market application.

Over the past twenty years, Robyn has refined and pressure-tested the Coolnomics® method in real time, working across property, healthcare, luxury, design and institutional sectors in Australia. She has worked with Sydney’s QVB, Machine Hall, Google, Disney, Tourism Australia, NSW Health and hundreds of emerging leaders.

Through her strategy studio, Superora®, she has led the commercial application of Coolnomics® across major transformations and new ventures. These projects were not theoretical exercises. They were full-spectrum business builds.

Using the Coolnomics® framework, Robyn and her team have:

  • Written 5 year commercial strategies - SuperStrategies

  • Creative directed brand worlds

  • Led naming and copywriting

  • Designed websites and ecommerce platforms

  • Built packaging systems

  • Directed social strategy

  • Structured operations and commercial models

In one recent venture, this integrated approach resulted in a six-figure launch, with the collection organically featured by Chris Hemsworth to his 58 million followers, while maintaining cultural integrity and narrative depth within the brand story.

Earlier in her career, Robyn led the repositioning of Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building between 2018 and 2020, working alongside global partners including Google, Disney and Tourism Australia. That transformation became a live laboratory for cultural relevance, emotional connection and commercial reinvention at scale.

Before that, she founded Flutter Lyon, a health design studio working with NSW Health, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Optus and Virgin to bring art into mental health and palliative care environments.

Robyn holds an MBA alongside formal studies in design and psychology. She has served as industry advisor to SXSW Sydney, Sydney Dance Company, University of Technology Sydney and the Pause Awards.

Today, she leads Coolnomics® as her primary focus.

Her work now centres on codifying the methodology, expanding the Intelligence Lab and teaching leaders how to design businesses that are culturally relevant, emotionally intelligent, commercially viable and regenerative.

Coolnomics® was not built in theory alone.
It was forged in market conditions.

And it continues to evolve in real time.

Let’s build what resonates.
