How It Starts

Send through a short brief on your business, the decision you're holding, and the outcome you're trying to reach.

2. Discovery call
A 45 minute conversation with Robyn to explore the question, assess fit, and shape the scope.

3. Proposal
A tailored proposal outlining approach, deliverables, timeline and investment.

4. Engagement
The Lab delivers the work in partnership with your team, with clear milestones and regular strategic review.

5. Continuation
Many clients continue with the Lab on an advisory basis after the initial project closes.

Frequently Asked

  • Who leads the work?
    Every Strategy & Insight Project is led by Robyn Wilson personally. For larger engagements, the Lab draws on a curated network of specialists across strategy, research, design, technology and communications.

  • How confidential is the work?
    All commissioned work is fully confidential. Case studies are only published with client permission, and often remain private at the client's request.

  • Can we start with a Coolnomics® Score first?
    Yes, and many clients do. The Score is a strong way to test the method before committing to a larger engagement. If you move into a Strategy Project within 90 days, the Score fee is credited toward the engagement.

  • What sectors does the Lab work across?
    We work across property, healthcare, luxury, design, retail, technology, government, culture and First Nations enterprise. The methodology is sector-agnostic, but the cultural intelligence is always specific.

  • How quickly can we start?
    The Lab takes on a limited number of projects each quarter. Availability is usually 4 to 6 weeks from first enquiry to project commencement.
